Lyntrateeco manages an online marketplace where users can design and sell their own custom T-shirts and merchandise.

We strictly forbid the creation or sale of products that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, and any other legal protections.

If you believe that a user on Lyntrateeco has violated your intellectual property rights, please follow the process described below.

A. Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement:

(1) Lyntrateeco will take necessary action, including blocking or removing content (“Content”), if we receive a valid notification indicating potential infringement of intellectual property rights.

(2) Repeated violations may result in account termination. If you believe that any content on the Lyntrateeco platform infringes on your rights, please submit an infringement notice that includes the following details to our designated agent:

  1. A description of the copyrighted work or intellectual property in question, including registration numbers if applicable.
  2. Identification of the infringing content, along with:
    • (a) An explanation of how the material is infringing.
    • (b) The location of the infringing content on the Lyntrateeco platform, with enough detail to locate and verify it.
  3. Your complete contact details, including name, mailing address, phone number, and email.
  4. A statement, under penalty of perjury, confirming that the use of the copyrighted work or intellectual property is unauthorized.
  5. A declaration that the information provided is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
  6. Your electronic or physical signature.

B. Actions Taken Upon Receipt of an Infringement Notice:

  1. Lyntrateeco will remove or restrict access to the reported content.
  2. The user responsible for the content will be informed of the action taken.
  3. Users who consistently violate intellectual property laws will have their content removed and their accounts may be permanently terminated.

C. Filing a Counter-Notice:

If you believe your content was wrongfully removed or that you hold the right to use it, you may submit a counter-notice with the following information:

  1. A description of the removed content and its prior location on Lyntrateeco before removal.
  2. A statement, under penalty of perjury, affirming your good faith belief that the content was removed in error.
  3. Your full contact information, including name, mailing address, phone number, and email.
  4. A declaration agreeing to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court in your district or, if outside the U.S., the jurisdiction where Lyntrateeco is based.
  5. Your electronic or physical signature.

If a valid counter-notice is submitted, Lyntrateeco may forward it to the original complainant. Unless legal action is initiated, the removed content may be restored within 10 to 14 business days.

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly files false claims regarding content infringement may be held liable for damages, including attorney fees.
